GUIDE TO BOOKING

– Customers can make reservations directly through the Cosian Bay Resort website, via our hotline, or email.
– Your reservation will only be confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Cosian Bay Resort.
– To ensure your booking is held, please provide complete contact information so that we can reach you for confirmation promptly.

ROOM RECEIVE TIME

– Check-in from 2:00 PM
– Check-out before 12:00 PM
– Early check-in and late check-out, please contact us at cosianbayresort@gmail.com.
*Note: These requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional fees.

KID POLICY

– Children under 6 years old: Complimentary accommodation when sharing a room with parents and not requiring an extra bed.
– Children aged 7 to 13 years old: May share a room with parents for an additional fee of 250,000 VND per child, which includes breakfast.
– Guests aged 14 years and older: Considered adults and will incur an additional bed fee of 450,000 VND.

ROOM CHANGE/DATE MODIFICATION POLICY

– To request a change of reservation dates or room type, please contact us via hotline or email at least 7 days before your arrival.
– All requests are subject to availability. If your request cannot be fulfilled, we will provide alternative options.
– Additional fees may apply based on the specifics of the new reservation.
